2. Working principle

The impeller is mounted directly on the rotor of the motor and is completely contactless. Since the pump shaft is mounted outside the compression chamber, the maximum operating reliability of the machine is ensured even when operating at the maximum differential pressure.

The gas is drawn in by the suction port, and when it enters the side passage, the rotary impeller gives the gas a speed in the direction of rotation. At the same time, the centrifugal force on the blades causes the gas to accelerate outward and the pressure to increase. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, causing the gas pressure along the side channels to further increase. As the side channels narrow at the outlet, the gas is forced out of the vanes and exits the pump body through the outlet muffler.

3. Precautions for use

1) Maintenance and maintenance of the blower operation process

When the side channel blower is running, the equipment running status should be checked and recorded every hour. If there is a big difference with the previous record, the cause of the difference should be analyzed in time and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate it. In particular, pay attention to the timing of equipment running stability, bearing housing oil seal, and bearing temperature. 

2) To ensure a clean use environment, control the ambient temperature during the use of the blower

Due to the small blower clearance, dust and sludge tend to adhere to the impeller after a long period of operation, so that the friction between the impellers is greatly increased. This situation not only causes damage to the impeller, but also reduces the gap between the gears again. An increase in the friction between the impellers causes a large noise. Therefore, it must be ensured that the air medium is transported at a dust content of 100 mg / m 3 . At the same time, it is also important to periodically replace the filter cloth at the blower inlet.
